We are hiring for the position of Manager – Health Insurance Sales.
📍 Location: Noida
🗓 Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Off)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹60,000 (Based on Experience)
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
⏳ Experience: 3–5 Years in Health Insurance Sales (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the health insurance sales team
✅ Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor team members
✅ Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
✅ Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with senior management
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Health Insurance Sales
✔ Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
✔ Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
