JD FOR INSURANCE SALES
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive (Calling Process) to handle outbound/inbound calls related to insurance products and services. The role involves educating customers, explaining policy features, renewing policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote and sell insurance products (lmotor, etc.).
• Handle inbound calls for customer queries, policy renewals, and support.
• Explain insurance policy terms, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into sales.
• Assist customers with documentation and the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the backend team for policy issuance or claim-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during all customer interactions.
