We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Renewal Tele-caller Cum Insurance Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers whose motor insurance policies are up for renewal, handle customer inquiries, offer relevant policy upgrades or add-ons, and ensure the timely renewal of policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to motor insurance customers whose policies are due for renewal.
Renewal Process:
Explain renewal details, benefits, and any changes in policy terms or pricing. Guide customers through the renewal process.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products or services (e.g., coverage upgrades, add-ons).
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, renewal options, and any related concerns. Address and resolve objections to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow-up Calls:
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls for customers who need more time to decide on their renewal.
Data Management:
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the EXCEL/CRM system after every interaction.
Compliance:
Adhere to the company's policies, scripts, and regulations when communicating with customers to ensure full compliance with legal standards and data protection guidelines.
Daily Reporting:
Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, renewals completed, and any issues or feedback received to the team leader.
