We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Insurance Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote insurance products.
Explain policy details, benefits, and terms in a clear and convincing manner.
Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Follow up with interested clients to close sales and achieve targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or objections effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business goals.
