Job Summary:-
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to promote and sell health insurance plans over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Explain health insurance plans, features, benefits, and coverage in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance products.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with the operations and underwriting teams for smooth policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during sales calls.
