Telesales Executive(Insurance) – Cashless Policy

Company: Cashless Policy

Salary: Upto 4.20 LPA + unlimited incentive

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Education: Below 10th pass or above

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales executive for Health Insurance to join our team at Allied Insurance . The role focuses on expanding our client base, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

Build strong and professional relationships with customers through regular communication.

Promote company products and services based on customer needs.

Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass (higher education also welcome).

Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will have an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince customers and close deals effectively.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
