Location: Sector 9, Noida, AMCO TOWER
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
About the Role We're looking for an energetic, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and convert conversations into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Convert leads into successful sales
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
Provide strong post-sale support and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to boost campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months – 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or similar
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in negotiation and closing deals
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
Preferred (Bonus)
Experience in Fitness, Wellness, or Healthcare industry
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
