WE’RE HIRING | INSIDE SALES & ORDER COORDINATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Order Coordination Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

This is an office-based, full-time role involving lead calling, customer follow-ups, order processing, invoicing, and coordination of dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on 50–100 leads provided by the Lead Manager.

• Contact leads to understand their requirements and generate orders.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, order records, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with the dispatch and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and Email.

• Follow up with customers regarding order status, payments, delivery, and other requirements.

• Ensure each order is properly processed, delivered, and closed.

• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the order cycle.
  

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, back-office sales, order processing, customer coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making regular customer calls and conducting follow-ups.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and orders simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
