Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits.
Maintain customer data and update records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
Coordinate with the sales team to close leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
