About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Customer Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• Medical Background Candidates: ₹40,000 Gross per Month

• Non-Medical Background Candidates: ₹35,000 Gross per Month
