Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll engage prospective customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales journey to closure. Working from our Sakinaka location, you’ll connect with leads over phone and other channels, build trust-based rapport, and convert conversations into sales. Open to candidates from both Medical and Non-Medical backgrounds — ideal for confident, target-oriented communicators ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs and presenting suitable offerings

• Build trust-based conversations that guide leads through the sales funnel to closure

• Follow up consistently with warm and pending leads to maximize conversions

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM

• Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with the sales team and managers to refine pitch strategy

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales

• Medical and Non-Medical academic backgrounds both eligible

• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills

• Confident, self-motivated, comfortable working towards monthly targets

• Able to join immediately

• Willing to work from Sakinaka, 10 AM–7 PM shift
