What You’ll Do
1. Program Partnerships & Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student-led communities.
Create win-win academic partnerships that bring real-world exposure to students.
Organize and manage offline/online events: bootcamps, webinars, hackathons, and competitions.
2. Community Building & Recruitment
Lead the entire recruitment process of Campus Leaders across India.
Onboard high-potential students who can represent SkipperX on their campuses, drive brand awareness, and act as a bridge between the company and the student community.
Nurture leadership talent and create a culture of excellence among student reps.
3. Mentorship & Leadership Enablement
Train, manage, and coach a team of Campus Leaders.
Set clear KPIs and guide them on outreach, conversions, and event activations.
Lead with empathy, performance-first mindset, and long-term thinking.
4. Brand & Marketing Execution
Collaborate with the marketing team and campus reps to create buzz-worthy campaigns.
Use storytelling, reels, memes, and campus experiences to drive awareness.
Experiment with digital + grassroots strategies that get real results.
5. Sales Enablement (with Substance)
Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate qualified leads from campuses.
Empower your reps to pitch the value of SkipperX programs—not with jargon, but with belief.
Drive conversions through honest conversations, not hard-selling.
