What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain our courses, features, benefits, and certifications effectively.
Recommend suitable courses based on customer interests and needs.
Handle customer queries, objections, and sales negotiations.
Follow up with interested leads to drive enrolments and conversions.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversion rates.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Sales.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
A target-oriented mindset with good negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
