Inside Sales Executive / Inside Sales Manager – Education Sales

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site – Bangalore candidates only)

Experience Required: 2 – 10 Years

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore

• Must have prior experience in Education / Course / Certification Sales

• Background in selling:

• College Programs

• Certification Courses

• Professional Training Programs

• Study Abroad Programs

• Education Counselling / Academic Advisory

• Pure Sales background (Target-driven role)

Role Overview:

We are looking for aggressive and result-oriented Inside Sales professionals who have experience

selling education programs, certification courses, and study abroad services.

The candidate should be comfortable handling student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and

achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound student leads

• Counsel students regarding courses, certifications, and programs

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle (Lead → Counselling → Closure → Payment follow-up)

• Achieve monthly revenue targets

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

• Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow

• Conduct telephonic & virtual counselling sessions

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs

Required Skills

• Strong convincing and counselling skills

• Experience in Education Sales / EdTech / Study Abroad Sales

• Target-oriented mindset

• Excellent English communication (mandatory)

• Ability to handle objections and close sales

• Experience with CRM tools

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹3L – ₹12L (Based on experience)
