🚀 Hiring: Inside Sales Executive
📍 Location: BTM, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹2.25 – ₹3.00 LPA
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days/week)
Education (Preferred): B.Com / BBA / BMS (Finance or Marketing)
Experience: 0–3 years
🔹 About the Role:
This is more than a typical SDR role. The position offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end sales in a fast-growing tech startup, working closely with founders and senior leadership.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound telecalling to targeted accounts and prospect lists
• Lead generation & qualification via calls, emails & LinkedIn
• Handle inbound inquiries and manage the complete sales cycle
• Conduct product demos and explain solutions based on client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Update and maintain CRM data accurately
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
