Location: Rajkot,150ft Road, Gujarat
Position: Inside Sales Executive
No. of Vacancies: 20
Gender: Male
Experience: 6months –2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: Best in industry + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM & 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle inside sales and telephonic sales activities.
Contact prospective and existing customers through calls and follow-ups.
Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
Maintain customer details, call records, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
sales experience is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi – reading and speaking.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable with telephone/inside sales.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Agro-Chemical, FMCG, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
Male candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
