Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective clients through calls and other communication channels, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Make outbound calls and respond professionally to inbound enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

• Explain Revonextsoft’s software, web, mobile, digital marketing, and technology solutions to prospective clients.

• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and business needs.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.

• Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/sales tools.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams for lead conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions.

• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good customer-handling and active-listening abilities.

• Ability to generate leads and perform cold calling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

• Ability to understand and explain IT/software products in a simple manner.

• Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can be considered.

• Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or IT/Software Sales will be an advantage.
