We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager with strong experience in Inside Sales and Team Leadership. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales team, improving conversions, ensuring smooth customer handling, and maintaining strong backend sales operations.
✔ Manage complete inside sales team (Calling, Follow-ups, Closures)
✔ Lead, supervise, and motivate team to achieve sales targets
✔ Monitor daily leads, calls (Inbound & Outbound), and conversions
✔ Ensure every lead is properly handled and converted
✔ Handle high-value and priority customers personally
✔ Improve team performance and overall conversion ratio
Maintain and update sales data in Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Manage CRM data (Leads, Follow-ups, Conversions)
✔ Prepare daily reports (Leads, Calls, Bookings, Revenue)
✔ Perform accurate data entry, verification, and reporting
✔ Organize and manage large datasets efficiently
Generate invoices and verify billing details (Pricing, GST, Quantity)
✔ Prepare and update quotations for clients
✔ Handle order booking and track delivery/dispatch
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Operations & Marketing teams
✔ Work with marketing team to improve lead quality
Ensure high standards of customer service
✔ Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
✔ Ensure correct and timely information is shared with customers
✔ Maintain proper coordination between customers and sales team
✔ Ensure all sales processes are followed efficiently
