Role Summary We are looking for result-oriented, high-energy Sales Executives who excel at inside sales and outbound calling. You will drive revenue by pitching our early detection health services, handling objections, following up with leads, and closing sales — all while maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to assigned leads daily • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales • Explain our health products and service offerings clearly and confidently • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions • Handle objections and negotiate effectively • Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Update CRM regularly with accurate call and customer details • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding post-closure Required Skills • Strong communication skills with good energy on calls • Persuasive ability and confident outbound calling approach • Excellent objection-handling ability • Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achievement • Ability to build rapport quickly over calls • Basic CRM and reporting knowledge Eligibility Criteria • 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales • Proven track record in a target-based sales role • Graduation preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Revenue target achievement • Conversion rate • Daily talk time & calls made • Follow-up adherence • Customer payment / closure rate Shifts & Working Days Available Shift Timings: • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Working Days: This is a 6-day working week. Saturday and Sunday are working days. One weekly off day is provided between Monday and Thursday.
