We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers to promote CrediShield products (credit card and credit score improvement).
Educate customers about Uni’s offerings and guide them on improving their credit health.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful sign-ups.
Build strong customer relationships through effective follow-ups and assistance.
Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of daily leads, conversions, and interactions
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
