An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue, qualifying leads, and closing sales via phone, email, and digital channels. Core duties include analyzing client requirements, negotiating pricing, and managing the end-to-end sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities & Quotation Duties
Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and generate outbound prospects.
Quotation Formulation: Accurately calculate costs, evaluate pricing, and prepare competitive and detailed quotations.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, address customer objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation statuses, and follow-ups in [CRM Software].
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the pricing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure accurate product delivery.
Essential Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
