Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including company databases, websites, social media, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and operations teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment follow-ups and documentation.

• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and strategy discussions.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Stay updated on industry trends, products, pricing, and competitors.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience using CRM software is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
