Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and Understanding learning need.
• MOM assigned targets achievement.
• Communicating with learners.
• Making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explaining product features and benefits.
• Closing sales and achieving quotas.
• Developing new leads.
• Generating appointments for video/ Telephonic counselling appointments.
Requirements:
• 6 Months to 4 years’ experience in Inside Sales in technical courses like MBA, PGDM, or any Graduates Executive education courses or in any EdTech experience we can consider.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Strong presentation/negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
