We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling insurance policies and loan products to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to sell insurance and loan products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or loan products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
