Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Wedding Bazaar team.

The role involves connecting with successful Matrimony clients whose matchmaking journey has been completed and understanding their upcoming wedding requirements. The candidate will promote and sell wedding-related services and subscription plans, including Event Management, Mandap/Venue services, and other wedding vendors.

Key Responsibilities

· Connect with existing/successful Matrimony clients through outbound calls.

· Understand clients' wedding requirements and upcoming plans.

· Explain suitable Wedding Bazaar subscription packages and services.

· Promote services such as Event Management, Mandap/Venue, and wedding vendors.

· Connect clients with relevant vendors based on their requirements.

· Convert leads into paid subscriptions/sales.

· Follow up with interested clients and close sales within the required timeline.

· Maintain accurate customer and sales details in the system.

· Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.

· Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Sales.

· Strong communication and convincing skills.

· Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.

· Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

· Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.

· Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/sales tools.

· Tamil and English communication skills required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Relationship Management, Wedding Services, Event Management, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, or other target-based sales roles will be preferred.
