Employment Details
• Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years Key Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients and leads daily.
• Deliver quality conversations: Introduce company products/services confidently and clearly.
• Gather client requirements accurately and schedule follow-ups, meetings, or demos as needed.
• Update call records, lead status, and notes in CRM/trackers promptly.
• Build instant rapport, handle objections professionally, and collaborate with internal teams for closures. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Communication: Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation, fluency, and confidence for extended calls.
• Sales Acumen: Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation, and quick-thinking skills.
• Technical: Basic proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and dialers.
• Experience: 6 months minimum (up to 3 years) in cold/sales calling; B2B or B2C a plus.
