JOB TITLE: Telecounsellor / Inside Sales Executive

Location: Sector 39, Gurugram

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on Experience) + Attractive Incentives

space. We are currently setting up a dedicated Admissions & Student Acquisition Center for a leading

organisation and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Explain program features, benefits and career opportunities.

• Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments/walk-ins.

• Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and lead nurturing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, inside sales or BPO.

• Experience in outbound sales process preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .

• Target-oriented and energetic personality.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
