Job Location: GSR towers bellandur location Bengaluru, Karnataka
Working Days - 6 Days (10 am to 7 pm Shift)
Sunday fixed off
Eligibility: MBA Graduate (fresher)/ any Graduate/ Undergraduate (min 6months exp into domestic B2B sales)
For Freshers we consider 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 batch
Salary Package: fresher - 3.2LPA + Incentive + Medical Insurance + PF
Exp - 4.2LPA + Incentive + Medical Insurance + PF

Selection Process: Resume Screening > Basic Aptitude Test > Final Round with Business Team

Responsibilities:
• Need to Onboard new Channel Partners/ Distributors.
• Need to follow the SOP while onboarding partners.
• Need to guide the partner about the partner program along with the Product.
• Responsible for Partners Business and all the processes related to the product Program.
• Need to motivate partners to do acquisition.
• Need to maintain long term Relationships with the assigned and onboarded partners.

• Clients handling and management.
• Comfortable to work for B2B clients.
• Must have good sales and negotiation skills.
• Must have relationship making skills.
