Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will generate and convert leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other databases through regular client calling. The role includes preparing quotations, coordinating with the production team for order dispatch, handling documentation (PI & E-way bill), and following up with clients to ensure sales conversion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and internal databases.
Identify potential clients such as schools, colleges, hostels, catering companies, and corporate buyers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery solutions. Prepare and send quotations and negotiate pricing where required.
Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and confirm order details.
Coordinate with the production team for order processing and dispatch timelines.
Maintain daily sales follow-up and conversion tracking reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
Requisite Skills:
Strong telecalling & client communication skills
Knowledge of quotation & invoice preparation
Basic understanding of GST, E-way bill process
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to coordinate with internal teams
