Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Medical Operations Team at ImpactGuru. The role involves connecting with patients and their families to explain our crowdfunding platform and support them in starting medical campaigns. You will play a critical role in helping people raise funds for life-saving treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to inbound and referred leads (patients/caregivers)

Explain how medical crowdfunding works and assist in onboarding

Build trust and empathy with patients and families

Meet daily and monthly conversion targets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Excellent communication and soft skills

Empathy and patience in dealing with medical cases

Prior telesales or customer support experience preferred

Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
