Job Description: ~Handle enquiries related to educational program admissions ~Counsel prospective applicants and stakeholders regarding program offerings, eligibility criteria, fee structure, admission procedures, and career pathways ~Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling, structured follow-ups, and relationship management ~Maintain accurate daily records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions ~Coordinate closely with the admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process ~Achieve assigned admission targets within defined timelines ~Provide accurate information and ensure a positive, professional experience for all applicants throughout the admission journey Skills Required : ~Excellent communication and convincing skills ~Strong problem-solving ability ~Target-driven and result-oriented mindset ~Basic knowledge of sales and client handling ~Good negotiation and interpersonal skills ~Basics in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining lead data, follow-ups, and admission reports ~Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
