Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing IT team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will be responsible for selling software subscription solutions to business clients through calls and virtual meetings. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or subscription-based sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective business clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or subscription-based sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. (Bengali is an added advantage.)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in handling client interactions over the phone and virtual meetings.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in IT sales.
