Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage leads, coordinate with clients, handle CRM operations, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 CRM Management (Zoho CRM)
Maintain and update all leads, client interactions, and sales data in Zoho CRM
Ensure 100% accuracy and timely updates
Optimize CRM usage and workflows
🔹 Lead Follow-up & Conversion
Follow up with all incoming leads via calls, emails, and CRM tasks
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive closures
Ensure no lead is missed
🔹 Client Communication
Coordinate with schools and institutional clients
Share product details, quotations, and resolve queries promptly
🔹 Invoice & Documentation
Generate and send invoices/quotations within same day or next business day
Maintain proper documentation and tracking
🔹 Internal Coordination
Work closely with field sales, merchandising, warehouse, and customer support teams
Ensure smooth execution of orders and timelines
🔹 Sales Support
Assist in proposals, presentations, and tender documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and delivery
🔹 Reporting
Track sales progress and provide regular updates
Maintain records of follow-ups and closures
Requirements
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination
✅ Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)
✅ Good organizational and follow-up skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / ZOHO Sheets
