Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, aggressive, action-oriented, and highly responsive Inside Office Executive to strengthen our sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, capable of generating leads through cold calling, coordinating with customers and vendors.

Basic knowledge of solar technology, process industry and GST processes will be an

added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

· Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.

· Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

· Prepare and submit quotations/offers to customers.

· Follow up with prospective customers until lead conclusion.

· Maintain CRM and daily calling records.

Customer Coordination

· Follow up with customers for, approvals, milestone payments.

· Collect customer documents required for project execution.

· Handle payment reminders and follow up on outstanding dues professionally.

Accounting

· Maintain the accounting books in Tally, ERP software, account reconciliation, AR, AP.

· TDS and GST filing with ref to ITC, PF, PT, ESI.

Documentation

· Maintain proper documentation of each case.

· Maintain customer databases, trackers, and operational records.

· Follow up with vendors for material dispatch schedules and maintain communication records.

Desired Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.

· Confident in cold calling and lead generation.

· Aggressive, action-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

· Highly responsive with strong follow-up skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or equivalent).

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support

• Experience in Solar EPC, Construction, or Building Materials industry is preferred.

• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and government subsidy guidelines will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of GST invoicing, GST filing support, and basic accounting processes will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
