We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into sales through calls, messages, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Explain product/service features to customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain daily call and sales reports
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work independently from home
Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory.
Prior experience in inside sales/telecalling is a plus
