We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Evox Group. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and online meetings to promote medical equipment solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with leads provided by the company to convert them into sales.

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales records and customer interactions.

• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor product

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree

·         6m-1 year of experience in sales/BPO.

·         Good communication and persuasion skills.

·         Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

·         Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

·         Self-motivated and target-driven.

·         Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
