Job Summary
OBN Courier and Cargo is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle
customer communications, generate business leads, and support courier & cargo sales operations.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic
knowledge of sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Generate new business leads for courier and cargo services.
Follow up with existing and potential clients.
Explain company services, rates, and delivery solutions to customers.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth service.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Customer-focused approach and professional behaviour.
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in courier, logistics, cargo, or sales preferred.
