## About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated Freshers and Interns to join our Field Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing EdTech industry. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

## Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and educational outreach.

• Meet prospective students and parents to explain our courses and learning solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to create awareness about our programs.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Represent the company professionally during field visits and promotional events.

## Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing final year of graduation (any discipline).

• Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with internship or sales experience will have an added advantage.

• Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.

## Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
