Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales - Business Development Executive located at Wagle Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to generate Inquires, follow up with customers, and provide information about our products.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
· Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
· Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
· Generate Inquires for the sales team
· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending leads
· Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Qualifications
Proficiency in B2B Sales and Calling
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to drive Lead Generation
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
0-1 years of Experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Candidates from Mulund, Thane preferred
Female Candidates preferred
