We are looking for dynamic and sales-driven professionals to join our Loan Sales Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, promoting loan products, generating sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

Cross-sell banking and financial products to existing and prospective customers.

Guide customers through the complete loan process, including eligibility, documentation, application, and disbursal.

Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.

Resolve customer queries related to loan products, interest rates, documentation, and processes.

Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and adhere to defined KPIs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Mandatory Candidate Criteria:

Experience in Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / BFSI Sales is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of banking and loan products will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Telecalling, or inside sales will be preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
