We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Bounce Infinity. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Handle inbound and outbound leads for vehicle sales (calls, emails, online inquiries)
Qualify prospects and understand customer requirements
Explain product features, pricing, and financing options
Schedule test drives and coordinate with showroom/field sales team
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Address customer queries and provide after-sales support coordination
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Prepare sales reports and pipeline update
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is12th Passand0.5 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to6 days workingduring thedayshift.
