Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Initial Outreach
Identify potential leads through online research, portals, and social channels.
Execute basic calling and outreach activities to create a steady pipeline.
Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.
2. Lead Qualification & Data Management
Conduct 60–80 qualification calls daily to verify key details such as project scope, requirement, and timelines.
Update CRM/Excel trackers with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and call logs.
Maintain hygiene of data and ensure timely follow-up.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with regional sales teams for lead allocation and follow-up alignment.
Communicate professionally with potential customers to provide product information.
Schedule meetings or demos as required by the sales team.
4. Reporting & Basic Analysis
Prepare simple Excel-based reports (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas) on lead status and call performance.
Share daily/weekly reports on lead progress, conversions, and follow-up status.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any stream.
Good verbal communication and follow-up discipline.
Basic MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry).
Ability to make consistent outbound calls and manage data efficiently.
