Job Overview

39 Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, build client relationships, and promote the company's business management consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's business management consultancy services and offerings.

Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and business solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organisation.

Maintain and regularly update databases of potential clients and contact information.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, follow-ups, and business transactions.

Participate in business meetings, workshops, networking events, and exhibitions to promote the company's services.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Prepare sales reports, update documentation, and track performance against targets.

Identify challenges in the sales process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.

Good relationship management and client-handling skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

Strong follow-up, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1–4 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition preferred.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, consultancy services, corporate sales, or professional services will be preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
