Immigration Consultant

Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Independently manage and organize the daily operation of immigration company

2.⁠ ⁠Assist with revising and finalizing various correspondence and documentation

3.⁠ ⁠Review of client details and accurate file update

4.⁠ ⁠Administratively manage documentation of immigration files of the clients

5.⁠ ⁠Compiling documents for signature and send to clients or employers

6.⁠ ⁠Compiling Record BooksHandle daily administrative tasksTrack deadlines

Accountable for all work assigned

Arrange meetings

Calendar management

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Corporate Law

Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program

Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands

Microsoft 365 suite of applications

Familiarity with iManage, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign

Knowledge of Litera or a similar document comparison program

An understanding of CorpLink or something similar

Ability to problem solve
