Position : Immigration Counsellor

Vacancy : 10 ( Fresher + Experience both can apply)

Working Days / Hour : Monday to Saturday / 10:00 AM to 6 PM

Location : Nehru Place (Delhi)

• Assess clients' profiles and provide guidance on suitable immigration, study, work permit , PR Visa, or tourist visa programs.

• Explain immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines

• Counsel clients regarding PR pathways, study abroad opportunities, work permits, and visitor visas.

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.

• Coordinate with processing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

• Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 06 months of experience in immigration, study abroad, visa consulting, or related sales counseling.

• Fresher with good communication skills can also apply

• Strong knowledge of PR, Work Permits, Study Visas, and Tourist Visas, credit card sales ,loan (Prefer)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Strong sales and conversion abilities.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
