Shreshrey Cards Services Private Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Hindi Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly in Hindi.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Follow up with customers as required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass) and Graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
