We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of customer handling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services in Hindi.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain proper communication and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic understanding of English will be an added advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualification:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
