We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining the company's products or services, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Answer customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of basic English is an advantage).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or data entry).
Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
