Achieve daily or monthly calling targets
Handle complaints politely and professionally
Coordinate with sales or support teams when needed
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi
Basic understanding of English (optional but preferred)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer queries calmly
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening skills and positive attitude
