Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with clients, and providing information about our products/services in Hindi. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Hindi.
Provide accurate information about the company’s products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain records of calls and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
